Ready to ship pieces will be posted within 3-5 working days. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are dependent on the availability of the item being made, with approximate times listed on the item page. If you require any further information please contact us at info@kittyjoyas.com.

The studio will be closed from 22nd December - 4th January. All online orders will be shipped in the new year upon our return.

Please note that the delivery time is from the time from dispatch date, and not the date that you placed the order.

UK (England, Wales, Scotland):
ROYAL MAIL 24hr first class signed for (2-4 working days) : Free
ROYAL MAIL next day special delivery: £7.50

DHL EXPRESS (1-2 working days): £7.95

EU & INTERNATIONAL:

ROYAL MAIL International Tracked & Signed (5-7 working days): £15
DHL EXPRESS (1-2 working days): £20

Shipments to destinations outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary by location, taxes and duties would be the responsibility of the customer receiving the parcel. Please note that for all orders shipping outside of the UK, procedures within the customs department of the importing country can sometimes cause delays beyond our control, and therefore delivery dates are estimated.
